At Putney Recovery Room, looking after your wellbeing doesn’t need to be expensive. Our recovery sessions start from just £10 per person, making it easy to enjoy the benefits of the Finnish sauna and ice bath at an affordable price.
Your Putney Recovery Session includes
Finnish Sauna (85-90 degrees) and Ice Bath (3-5 degrees)
Fresh towels
Full changing facilities with showers, MALIN+GOETZ toiletries, lockers and hairdryers
With a maximum capacity of 4 people per session, you’ll enjoy a comfortable and social atmosphere without feeling crowded.
Public: 4 Seat Shared Session
What’s included: Clients have shared access to the recovery room, traditional Finnish sauna and cold plunge. Towels are provided.
20-minute "Express Boost": £10 pp
40-minute "Standard Reset": £20 pp
60-minute "Deep Immersion": £30 pp
Private: Whole Room
What’s included: Clients have private access to the whole recovery room, a Traditional Finnish sauna and a cold plunge. Towels are provided.
40-minute "Standard Reset": £55 / whole room
60-minute "Deep Immersion": £85 / whole room
