At Putney Recovery Room, looking after your wellbeing doesn’t need to be expensive. Our recovery sessions start from just £15 per person, making it easy to enjoy the benefits of the Finnish sauna and ice bath at an affordable price.
Your Putney Recovery Session includes:
Finnish Sauna (85-90 degrees) and Ice Bath (3-5 degrees)
Recovery sessions limited to just 4 people

With a maximum capacity of 4 people per session, you’ll enjoy a comfortable and social atmosphere without feeling crowded.
Peak times are 7:00–8:00 am and 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm on weekdays, as well as all day on weekends.
